We are a small family owned and operated business looking for great new staff members to join our crews.  We're looking for  for a   manager. This is still a house cleaning position, however, it does come with added pay. There is a lot of room for advancement within our company.     Phone: (503) 252-4336 or (360) 694-5030     REQUIREMENTS:   * A valid driver's license   * Insurable driving record   * Own automobile insurance   * Full use of a vehicle during business hours   * Good English communication skills (speak, read, write)   * Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check (no theft or drug charges and no Felonies)   * Be able to move all day, get down on the floor, bend and twist     JOB DUTIES:   * Do basic domestic cleaning   * Read charts and write invoices   * Change and clean bed linens   * Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners   * Work as a team member     HOURS:   * Monday - Friday, 25 to 35 hours a week   * Start time is from 8:00 a.m. and finish time is when all houses are done, can be as early as 11:00 a.m. or as late as 5:00. You must be available until at least 5:00   * On the average, work is done between 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m   * No nights, weekends, or major holidays     We do residential cleaning for over 300 clients. We are looking for a person that is a self-starter, can take charge, and can rise up and become manager. Everyone starts as a regular worker, but a management position is available and there is room for very quick advancement. We pay for both driving time and cleaning time for both the driver and the passenger. We rotate the driving, so each person must drive 5 times in a two week payroll period (50% of the time). Since we pay for the driving time, we try very hard to keep the routes as close as possible to keep the driving to a minimal. We supply all the cleaning supplies and equipment.     We are a very fast pace and detail orientated company, must be able and willing to work hard and move quickly all day long. We do all our floors on out hands and knees so you must be able to get down and crawl around on the floor. We have two offices as to where our staff starts and finish their day. One is our corporate office located at 9136 NE Glisan, Portland, OR and the other is in Beaverton off of 217 and Hwy 26. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE TAKEN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
