               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:   * 18 years or older  * 6 months experience in housekeeping  * Basic typing skills    * Proficiency with word processing software     JOB DUTIES:   * Provide routine and special cleaning of all residential units, public and common use areas (offices, restrooms, windows and fixtures)  * Provide customer service, investigate, and resolve customer problems    * Change and clean bed linens  * Sweep, clean, mop, and wax floors  * Clean restrooms and empty trash  * Operate vacuum cleaners and other cleaning equipment    * Sort and classify laundry articles and remove stains from upholstery and carpets   * Maneuvering heavy items up to 50 pounds  * Inventory supplies, equipment or merchandise   * Read and understand label instructions  * Follow safety procedures   * Perform inspections of services for quality control   * Perform other domestic and cleaning duties     EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  Candidate must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.  This position works a 4 on 2 off schedule from 12:00 pm.-8:30pm  Position involves working in an exposed environment with extreme temperatures and unpleasant odors; standing for long periods of  time; frequently bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling, working on irregular surfaces                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
