<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: HR Business Partner - NA DtC Field<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations: OR-Beaverton<BR>Job Number:_00075816<BR>North America Direct-to-Consumer, (DTC) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner- Field to establish and execute a Retail HR strategy across the field/stores organization. In addition to defining the strategy, scalable solutions and services, this role will advise the business on retail specific needs while ensuring execution of talent initiatives through the territory HR Managers. This role leads a team of 3 Territory HR Managers and will conduct quarterly and annual prioritization and capacity planning in partnership with COEs. They will also manage budget, project deliverables, track initiative performance and effectiveness. Accountabilities also include monitor and escalate the pulse and health of the organization through identifying trends in partnership with Employee Relations, assess and diagnose the needs of the business based on trends, and use the data to inform, influence, and drive strategic initiatives. This role reports to the HR Business Partner, North America Direct-to-Cconsumer.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Behavioral Sciences or related field or an additional 2 years' experience in lieu of a degree.<BR>* 8 years of experience across all core consultative and administrative areas of HR including Organizational Capability and Planning, Talent Management, Compensation and Total Rewards and Infrastructure.<BR>* Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels. <BR>* Experience leading teams.<BR>* Flexible and adapt to change. <BR>* Functional experience with Retail.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>Job: Human Resources </font></td>
