<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: HRIS Analyst (Benefits)<BR>Location: United States-Oregon-Portland<BR>Other Locations:<BR>Summary:<BR>Participates as a team member in the customization, implementation and upgrade of the system. Creates queries, standard and ad hoc reports and updates configuration tables. Review and edit end user input errors. Drives process improvement through application of appropriate technologies.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR>? Generate Employee Change Forms, ensure appropriate approvals achieved, and accurately complete all HRIS data entry for Con-way Enterprise Services. May assist with entry for other business units.<BR>? Provide support to maintain HRIS database including configuration tables, position management and report generation. <BR>? Updates and maintains PeopleSoft configuration tables.<BR>? Produce standard, customized and ad-hoc queries and reports.<BR>? Review IT error reports and data transfers to and from other systems. Research and Liaise with Sr. HRIS Analyst to test modifications and enhancements, communicate results to team, and maintain test logs. May prepare test scripts. Assist in implementing upgrades and system enhancements, and verify successful integration of the project into the existing production site. Monitor continuing support and maintenance of the new application functionality.<BR>? Train end-users on new systems and system changes and enhancements, as needed.<BR>? Serve as point person for internal and external audit responses.<BR>? Provide reports as appropriate, including monthly metrics.<BR>? Responsible for the timely creation data in support of regulatory reports including the EEO-1 and Census Bureau. <BR>? Create and maintain documentation for new business processes.<BR>? Resolve issues as necessary.<BR>? Input external course registration into PeopleSoft system.<BR>? Maintain and provide creative content for department intranet sites.<BR>? Responsible for forms management for department. This includes developing templates, ensuring updates when needed, and generating new forms as department requires.<BR>? Review and edit end user data entry errors.<BR>? Test and upload data for all H.R. systems across the enterprise.<BR><BR><BR>In addition to the job specific requirements above, the following requirements are expected of all members of the team: <BR>?
