<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: HRIS Analyst Sr (Benefits)<BR>Location: United States-Oregon-Portland<BR>Other Locations:<BR>Summary: <BR><BR>Serves as the liaison between Benefits and the IT team for the human resource information system (PeopleSoft). Benefits project lead in the customization, implementation and upgrade of the system for enterprise-wide applications. Creates complex queries and ad hoc reports, including data used for internal and Sarbanes-Oxley audits. Updates and maintains enterprise configuration tables. Review and edit end user input errors and provide mentoring to end users to reduce errors. Maintains data flow between Con-way and third-party administrators per contractual arrangement. Identifies, evaluates, recommends and implements technology solutions for Corporate Benefits.<BR><BR>Essential Functions:<BR><BR>? Maintain employee benefit data and functionality within PeopleSoft Benefits Administration and general deduction classifications.<BR>? Establish process flows to support efficient processing of PS benefits events for the enterprise including ongoing benefit enrollment, annual Open Enrollment and Total Rewards reporting.<BR>? Maintains benefit plan structure to support corporate reporting needs.<BR>? Produces standard and customized Crystal Reports for corporate wide distribution or field queries. Create queries for ad hoc reports as needed. <BR>? Train benefits team on PS functionality and reporting capabilities.<BR>? Provide census and other data to support external reporting requirements.<BR>? Serve as technical resource for Super Users and mentor to new field users on PeopleSoft functionality, benefit plan structure, and appropriate data entry methods. Recommend to IT system functionality to accomplish needs of benefits team and field users.<BR>? Coordinate with internal and external parties to produce data for Sarbanes-Oxley and other HR-related audits.<BR>? Partners with IT team members to troubleshoot issues and design solutions to benefits team and customer requests.<BR>? Updates and maintains PeopleSoft benefit tables.<BR>? Serve as liaison between benefits and IT on human resources information systems projects to ensure timely and accurate set-up of functionality, and regulatory compliance. Participates in and provides status updates for IT meetings.<BR>? Serve as benefits functional lead for PeopleSoft upgrades, customizations and implementations including development and completion of testing plan. Identify end-user errors and implement process changes to eliminate error generation.<BR>? Lead analysis and implementation of benefits systems, including scanning workflow, case management, and intranet along with employee self-service functionality.<BR>? Collaboratively participate in a self-directed team environment.<BR>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<BR><BR>? Bachelor?s degree in technical related field or related certification preferred; or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.<BR>? 7 years of related human r </font></td>
