Someone who can build individual knowledge on previous experiences. We are in search of a candidate who will be able to adapt the operating principles and similarities of one system to another, in order to be creative and efficient in troubleshooting difficult problems. We need a team player specialized in refrigeration as well as general HVAC to join our team of maintenance professionals. Are you up for the challenge?

As our HVAC Specialist - Maintenance Technician, you'll accomplish assigned maintenance tasks, respond to customer needs and maintain the unparalleled appearance of the NIKE World Headquarters. Your primary focus will be refrigeration equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and training. You'll also troubleshoot/repair/maintain HVAC equipment and associated sub-systems, including built-up systems, package units up to 120T and water source heat pumps. You'll troubleshoot and repair compressors, heat exchangers, fans, evaporators, variable air volume boxes, fan powered boxes, communications wiring, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems/equipment. This will require a proficiency at data entry into the CMMS system. While some work will be on your own, you'll work as a team member, contributing to problem identification and problem solving. You'll need to cooperate within the team and strive for team success over individual effort. Customer service skills are essential, as you'll be working and coordinating with vendors.
