               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Registration in iMatchSkills  required for referral to this position***    REQUIREMENTS:  * Degree in Diesel Technology, or equivalent education   * 5 years previous heavy equipment service experience  * Posses valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record  * Experience with email and database software  * Basic diesel technology, electronics, transmissions, and hydraulics knowledge essential.   * Ability to become forklift-certified   * Maintain a tool inventory sufficient to perform assigned tasks     PREFERRED:  * Ability to read and comprehend technical literature.      JOB DUTIES:  * Work in shop environment with exposure to heat, noise, dust.  * Llift 50 lbs. or more  * Work cooperatively with managers and co-workers as well as customers; excellent communication and customer relation skills.   * Repair CAT and non-CAT hydraulic components  * Recondition, rebuild, and test hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, swivels, tanks, hoses, and other related hydraulic components  * Keep work area clean throughout day to ensure safe working environment.   * Operate overhead cranes, power tools, and other shop equipment in a safe manner  *Wear personal protective equipment as required.   * Attend scheduled training, department, and safety meetings.   * Other duties as assigned by supervisor.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS: Must pass a  a physical exam after job offer, a drug test, a background check and a DMV records check.     Ideal candidate will have excellent work habits, attention to detail and safety, punctuality, and attendance; ability to work overtime as workload determines essential.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
