               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: iLEARNING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations: OR-Beaverton<BR>Job Number:_00082417<BR>As a NikeU Development Specialist, you&#39;ll produce high level, design and development solutions for NIKE University intranet websites by utilizing, HTML, PHP, SQL and other web design technologies. Development Specialists work collaboratively with Learning Design Managers to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions. In this capacity, you will help set, and meet, the project timelines and budget parameters. As part of the iLearn team you&#39;ll also help create and maintain process, system and design documentation. You&#39;ll create, update, and maintain websites, reporting systems, and associated content and keep information current and fresh. You&#39;ll add new functionality and features as appropriate, and manage issues from site visitors. You will also help train Learning Administrators to use the functions your team builds. You must keep current on knowledge of color, web, technical capabilities and trends. That said, as a member of the iLearn team, you&#39;ll get to work with one of the most innovative, recognized, and experienced, teams in the learning and development field - not to mention working for one of the most innovative companies in the world.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in HR, Marketing or related field.<BR>* A minimum of 3 years expereince or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.<BR>* Experience developing enterprise websites and supporting tools<BR>* Knowledge of website administration and management<BR>* Experience writing, designing and publishing web pages/web content<BR>* Skilled at producing graphics for web, producing new and working with image files for web<BR>* Experience writing for the web / editing content<BR>* Experience converting and publishing video to the web.<BR>* Report, Survey design and administration (building reports in SQL and developing surveys in survey tools)<BR>* Experience with the Drupal content management platform<BR>* Experience with the MOODLE learning management platform (preferred)<BR>* Knowledge of social media platforms and online social community management (preferred)<BR><BR>Job: Human Resources                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
