You can work virtually in this position.<BR>Basic Function:<BR>Project managers serve under the project guidance of a Program Manager and will be responsible for daily planning, scheduling, and controlling the activities of moderately complex and complex Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) implementation projects to ensure that project deliverables both application and process related are provided on time, within budget, and in accordance to specifications and standards.<BR>Responsible for building and maintaining productive working relationships between COS organizations, multiple ADP partners and the client project team members, including the client project sponsor and steering committee. Responsible for monitoring the daily performance of onsite COS resources and assist with providing input for quarterly performance evaluations of those consultants.<BR>In some cases, may be also be responsible for monitoring performance of client resources with respect to their assigned project activities, but will not perform performance evaluations or other line management functions of client resources. In addition, project managers are responsible for establishing project procedures that support project management standards and guidelines as defined by the Director of Project Management<BR>Job Summary—Specific:<BR>The primary responsibility of the COS Project Manager is to daily manage the tasks, deliverables and resources defined by the project plan. This will include such tasks as plan updates, status reporting, resource requests, change control, issue logs, and other project management tasks. Typically this role manages the acceptance, integration and/or development and delivery of discrete deliverable(s) directly to internal COS and client customers, or in support of a major enterprise wide program.<BR>This position works in coordination with the COS Program Manager to provide the primary interface between the company, the internal COS and client customers as well as third party providers. Manages employees from multiple functions in the company, the customer, and some third party vendors. May manage project leaders as direct reports.<BR><BR>Typical Duties:<BR>· Follows Project Management disciplines in the following areas: Scope Management, Schedule Management, Cost Management, Issue Management, Risk Management, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Communication Management and Contract Management.<BR>· Establishes and manages project plan, including the development schedule, delivery schedule, resource requirements and integration efforts of third party products.
