We believe our employees are the foundation of our Company&#39;s success, and we are committed to continuous learning and quality, focusing on the customer, respect and accountability, flexibility, and good relationships with others.<BR>RESPONSIBILITIES<BR>Apply technical expertise to analyze manufacturing processes in order to maximize efficiency by assessing the layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods and work force utilization and to determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to manufacturing specifications. Perform integrate capacity planning with SAP R/3 Sales & Operations Planning Module. Lead the implantation, maintenance and sustainment of SAP R/3 Capacity Planning Module. Develop and recommend logical alternatives within project scope and present specific details of project plan in writing. Apply knowledge of engineering principles to write technical reports such as project charters, final project summaries, monthly reports and presentations. Convey technical information or concepts in non-technical manner in order to ensure mutual understanding of ideas by all. Provide direction, assistance and guidance to company personnel regarding technical information. Manage change process and its documentation. Write final project reports. 40hrs/wk, 9:00 am &ndash; 5:00 pm<BR>REQUIREMENTS:<BR>Master&rsquo;s Degree or foreign equivalent degree inIndustrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management and Technology, or a related field.<BR>Two years of experience as an engineer in the manufacturing process and production planning environment using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.<BR>Experience may be gained concurrently.
