<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Information Manager- Global Footwear<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00080653<BR>Global Footwear Planning includes Demand Planning, Sourcing, Supply Planning, and Strategic Initiatives. The Information Manger will be part of the Strategic Initiatives team, supporting the Demand, Sourcing and Supply teams. This position will drive the consolidation and updating of all GFP information and reporting needs, focusing on the most important and meaningful strategies that can make an impact on proactive management of data trends. The overarching goal is to elevate GFP's ability to proactively identify trends, scenario plan, and collaboratively make decisions that meaningfully contribution to Nike's Footwear business.<BR> <BR>The Information Manager will develop and implement a long-term information management strategy. The role will require a leader who can develop deep understanding of the Global Footwear business and introduce new ways of accessing and utilizing information in a strategic way. The Information Manager will identify quality gaps, implement reporting processes to track data quality improvements over time, enhance current processes and systems, define and prioritize high-value projects. and collaborate with multiple business areas and IT. The Information Manager will conduct research on metric and reporting gaps and communicate findings to leadership to support fact-based decision making. The ability to analyze root-cause situations and suggest opportunities is a key skill set required for this role. In addition, this position also supports business process improvement efforts including projects to enhance automation, quality, and efficiency. Influence skills, teamwork, leadership, and ability to work across the matrix are key.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, supply chain management, Industrial Engineering or Operations Research plus a minimum 8 years' experience in supply chain information, supply chain consulting, supply or demand planning and/or strategic planning<BR>* 2 additional years' experience in lieu of degree<BR>* Prefer a graduate degree (MBA, Statistical Analysis, Operations Research, or Economics)<BR>* Expert level of knowledge in planning systems for a consumer brand<BR>* Understanding of end to end supply chain processes including product creation processes and manufacturing<BR>* Strong verbal and written communication skill, including meeting facilitation and presentations<BR>* Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience<BR>* Ability to effectively elevate strategic concerns to senior management in a timely and accurate manner<BR>* Ability to develop strong working relationships with management and external resources<BR>* Sound judgment and ability to provide information toward the determination of policy and strategy<BR>* Strong understanding and application of managerial concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, ide </font></td>
