You will be required to manage a portfolio of IT Infrastructure projects as well as develop and build relationships across the Nike.  Relationship management is key to this role. The Technology Enablement team will partner with customers understand their requirements, and consult on solution options.  Relationships with Architecture and Services leaders are also key to anticipating the needs of a aggressively growing business and delivering robust solutions. <BR><BR>Technology Enablement Manager Accountabilities<BR><BR>Strategy<BR>* Develop plans and strategies to influence key infrastructure metrics<BR>* Provide continuous improvement feedback both written and verbal to improve services and processes.<BR>* Ensure highest levels of user satisfaction are maintained while considering business unit goals and fiscal responsibilities inclusive of utilization and billability guidelines.<BR><BR>Account Management<BR>* Work closely with business partners to influence their business and technical decisions, and prioritize initiatives throughout key business cycles<BR>* Act as a technical liaison with all business partners, vendors and stakeholders.<BR>* Lead team to distill business direction into specific technology requirements<BR>* Influence, socialize and create plans to execute infrastructure portfolio items within appropriate business cycles<BR><BR>Portfolio Execution -<BR>* Accountable for delivery of complex and transformational multi-year upgrade programs/projects<BR>* Organize, manage, and lead multiple project implementations successfully in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple teams.<BR>* Work with Architecture teams to insure proposed solutions meet current architectural standards<BR>* Provides leadership in implementation expertise in structuring implementation plan                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
