JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Interacting with other departments to maintain customer accounts records * Developing and implementing supply strategies * Developing and prioritizing prospect file with up to date account information * Cold calling on the telephone and/or in person for customer relations and new business * Soliciting referrals and follow up on leads, prospecting * Assisting Aftermarket Supervisor with special projects as needed * Troubleshooting and resolving outstanding supply accounts receivable issues QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications) * 0 to 3 years directly related inside sales experience * High School diploma or equivalent * Ability to be a strong team player with solid interpersonal skills * Strong telephone skills (incoming and out bound calls) * Negotiating, customer service, and PC skills Ricoh Americas Corporation offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k) and more.
