Or an Instructional Designer/Team Leader experienced in developing e-learning and instructor-led training and looking for your next challenge?<BR><BR>The Enterprise Technology Solutions group, a division of GP Strategies, is looking to hire people like you for the role ofISD Project Manager.<BR><BR>THE JOB:You will supervise the development of all types of custom training materials on a wide variety of subjects. You take projects from cradle to grave and are responsible for initial planning of projects, developing and tracking budgets, serving as the main point of contact for clients and subject matter experts, supervising project teams, and ensuring the quality of all deliverables. You may also facilitate design meetings, conduct front end analyses, and coordinate quality control testing.<BR><BR>YOUR TALENTS:<BR>• Ability to develop and follow a plan and still adapt quickly to client's changing needs<BR>• Multi-task on various deadline-driven projects<BR>• Ability to work with clients and manage expectations<BR>• People skills - can both lead and work collaboratively with a team<BR><BR>YOUR EXPERIENCE:You should have an instructional systems design background and experience leading project teams. In particular we are looking for people who have experience:<BR>• Planning projects (setting milestones, staffing requirements, scope, etc)<BR>• Managing project schedules and budgets<BR>• Facilitating design meetings and/or needs analysis interviews<BR>• Working with subject matter experts to gather content<BR>• Supervision or management of teams of instructional designers, programmers and graphics artists<BR>• Creating e-learning storyboards and manuals for instructor-led training<BR>• Using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel<BR>• Working knowledge of MS Project Beneficial experience/qualifications would include:<BR>• Management of external clients<BR>• Previous work in other government contracting environments<BR><BR>Education Requirements:<BR>• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience<BR><BR>GP Strategies is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
