That means we&#39;re looking for the world&#39;s most progressive, purpose-driven and intelligent employees to serve them.<BR>We are searching for an IT Governance Manager to lead the design and implementation of IT governance policies, procedures and standards.  The IT Governance Manager plays a key role in strategizing, planning and scheduling all governance activities to ensure IT products and services meet design specifications, business requirements and customer expectations. You&#39;ll direct the development, execution and continuous improvement for critical IT processes including project planning and management, resource management, demand management and IT performance metrics and reporting. You&#39;ll also ensure resource planning/estimating strategies are utilized consistently across IT departments and facilitate and drive decisions on implementation, upgrades, process changes, dashboard and performance reporting requirements. The IT Governance Manager will lead change control efforts for the IT team and collaborate with IT and Digital Channels management representatives to set credit union standards and best practices; including employee electronic devices, change control and security policies and processes.<BR>Qualified candidates will have:<BR>* Minimum of 5 years experience in IT audit and IT governance required.<BR>* Ability to understand and enforce IT governance policies.<BR>* Strategic thinker with well developed problem solving skills; experience delivering high-quality customer-centric solutions.<BR>* Management experience in IT field, that may include information security, educating teams and IT performance evaluation and management.<BR>* Proven track record of success in prioritizing and managing multiple projects, project forecasting, and resource planning.<BR>* Ability to develop effective relationships with business unit partners and interact with individuals from multiple disciplines.<BR>* Ability to effectively manage multiple external vendors and consultants.<BR>Location: Beaverton, OR 97006.<BR><BR><BR>First Tech Federal Credit Union is not currently sponsoring Visas.<BR><BR>Interested?
