Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>As our Lead Analytics Application Engineer, you&#39;ll be part of the Direct to Consumer Business Intelligence team within the Nike Technology organization. As we mature our architecture, process and operating model you&#39;ll draw upon your background as both a business and technology specialist to help define the future of our technical solutions across multiple technologies and sales functions. You will be encouraged to express technical leadership operating in both a strategic and tactical fashion. You will drive data management and development for many of the solutions that enable our retail business for even bigger success. You will focus on defining, modeling and engineering to meet the data needs of the direct to consumer organization while driving consistency and improvement of quality and delivery of data and services development for our global initiatives. You will be looked to for driving better integration of database solutions with the applications and web services that they support. You will collaborate with small teams and large teams of application engineers, business partners, off-shore support and others in Nike&#39;s matrixed organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts and architects to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, supportability and performance needs. Your role will be critical to driving the foundation of data that all retail-enabled solutions are built upon.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>To make it clear, we&#39;re not looking for just anyone. We&#39;re looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:<BR><BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field<BR>* 6 years professional IT business experience<BR>* 2 years of additional relevant industry experience in lieu of a degree<BR>* <BR>5 years&#39; experience implementing large Data Warehous                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   </font></td>
