Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR><BR>As a Lead Java Application Engineer for Nike's Go-To Market Solutions Atlas Center of Excellence Team, you'll work with Information Technology and business partners to perform analysis, technical documentation, coding, installation, ongoing support and team leadership. You'll collaborate with our business and technical teams to define business problems in detail and establish functional, data and technical activities, including conceptual system design, technical design and documenting detailed specifications. You'll collaborate with the Sales 2.0 product teams to establish standards & best practices for shared Java code and lend your expertise to enable implementation of business requirements. You'll also work with other technical leads to plan new releases, explain requirements, direct a team of other application engineers in development efforts and resolve problems. In addition, you'll diagnose issues and ensure technical solutions meet performance and quality requirements in production. You'll be a key member of the team, enabling the Center of Excellence efforts across the enterprise.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:<BR><BR><BR><BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent<BR>* 6 years of experience in Information Technology<BR>* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Lean/Agile (Scrum and XP) delivery environment preferred<BR>* 4 years Java programming experience, including JEE design and JSP<BR>* 3 years' experience working w/ Web Application Servers<BR>* 3 or more years' experience creating automated unit test cases using JUnit or TestNG<BR>* 2 or more years of experience working with dynamic mocking tools preferred (EasyMock or JMock)<BR>* 2 or more years of data per </font></td>
