Our focus is on providing Lean solutions that eliminate waste, maximize customer value, and drive profitable business growth.<BR><BR>Your Role on the Team<BR>As a Lead Delivery Analyst for Nike's Go-To Market Solutions Commercial Content team, you will lead delivery of a global content management solution and the central portal for all of Nike Sales. Go To Market Solutions provides technology solutions for Nike Global Sales as well as some Nike Sales affiliates. These technology solutions support the end to end selling processes to sporting goods, specialty, department stores and other partner retailers of Nike product that account for a majority of Nike's revenue. You'll collaborate on product vision and delivery strategy with business product owners, process leads and architects. You'll provide guidance, inspiration, coaching and requirements for a team of analysts, testers and scrum masters. As the owner of very foundational items for the transformational Sales 2.0 vision; collaboration with other product teams and Centers of Excellence in the Sales organization will be critical to your success. This role will provide opportunities to lead a team, drive requirement definitions, remove impediments for your team and solidify new vendor relationships. Youwill drive the success of the Commercial Content technology team.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>What We're Looking For<BR>To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent<BR>* 6 years of experience in Information Technology<BR>* Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Agile delivery environment preferred<BR>* 3 years of experience leading technology teams in either a project management or lead role<BR>* 2 years of Content Management delivery experience required<BR>* Requirements definition and solution visioning experience required<BR>* Team budget management experience required<BR>* Resource management experience preferred<BR>* Experience par </font></td>
