               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">***Registration in iMatchSkills   required for referral to this position***    REQUIRMENTS:  * 3 years Lead Maintenance Mechanic experience  * Verifiable experience in general maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, dry wall, painting flooring replacement, roof repair, doors and hardware, landscaping and parking deck repairs.  * Experienced in the operation forklifts, high lifts, walk behind floor scrubbers, pressure washers, use of hand and power tools and meter    PREFERRED:  * Supervisory experience     JOB DUTIES:  * Provide customer service  * Building maintenance to include minor plumbing and electrical   * Operate forklifts, high lifts, walk behind floor scrubbers, pressure washers, use of hand and power tools and meters  * Maneuver up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, crawl in low clearance areas and walk long distances regularly  * Work in dusty, high noise level environments as well as exterior work in all types of weather.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  Employees must have able to work rotating schedules, shifts, holiday work and over time.
