Position Description:<BR>The Lead Oracle Application BSA<BR>  works with the software development team to define the systems<BR>  and applications required to support both current and future<BR>  business needs. In addition, the Lead Oracle Application BSA<BR>  works with both the user and field community to ensure that the<BR>  specified business needs are successfully implemented into the<BR>  requested system. The Lead Oracle Application BSA will be a<BR>  resource/mentor for the other BSA&#146;s on the team and prioritize<BR>  work with business users and identify operating procedures, clarifies<BR>  application objectives.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Provides leadership and is a<BR>   resource to the analysts on the Oracle Analyst and Development<BR>   team.<BR>* Defines the systems, and supporting<BR>   processes that best meet the current and future needs of the<BR>   company.<BR>* Development use case documentation<BR>   for system requirements, business process flows, and screen mockups.<BR>* Ensures that systems are implemented<BR>   utilizing best practices for reliability, stability, scalability,<BR>   performance, and security.<BR>* Provides information to Project<BR>   Management on the user needs and acceptance criteria.<BR>* Provides advice, training and<BR>   assistance to technical and non-technical staff on all items<BR>   related to systems.<BR>* Documents requested enhancements<BR>   to existing systems and help priorities these enhancements for<BR>   systems implementation.<BR><BR><BR>Required Skills, Knowledge<BR>  and Experience: <BR>* Must have a strong understanding<BR>   integrating Oracle EBS/HRMS with 3rd party applications<BR>* Ten (10) plus years Oracle Application<BR>   experience.<BR>* Six (6 plus years of experience<BR>   as a Oracle Application BSA.<BR>* Provides Lead functional expertise<BR>   in Oracle Financials, Supply Chain, and/or Customer Relationship<BR>   Management and HCM modules.<BR>* Multiple Oracle implementations<BR>   (minimum 3).<BR>* Ability to quantify and drive<BR>   to priorities.<BR>* Defines standards and processes<BR>   to support accurate, timely, high-quality software support and<BR>   maintenance.<BR>* Works independently with limited<BR>   supervision.<BR>* Acts as Oracle systems expert,<BR>   providing input and advice to business partners and technical<BR>   groups.<BR>* Provides leadership to design<BR>   and development teams. Functional Lead/Project Manager experience,<BR>   including training, trouble shooting, mentoring and supervision.<BR>* Develops and/or reviews documentation<BR>   and assures it is complete, acceptable and in accordance with<BR>   standards.<BR>* Assists in developing overall<BR>   testing approach and test cases to support development activities.<BR>    Participates in execution of test cases.<BR>* Adheres to all departmental<BR>   policies and procedures, especially regarding processes to ensure<BR>   the stability of business systems.<BR>* Function as a traine                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
