Create and maintain complex context<BR>   process and system diagrams. Work with remote groups such as<BR>   vendors, other facilities, and or departments to gather and document<BR>   tactical requirements from the business. Coordinate and communicate<BR>   functional requirements of business unit and technical solutions<BR>   with IT capability resources by designing and documenting advanced<BR>   functional specs. Conform to standards, processes, and policies.<BR>   Apply global process standards to regional technology solutions.<BR>    Work with systems personnel to implement design. Participate<BR>   in development of project plan/timeline. Provide input into project<BR>   mgmt. Communicate project status to mgmt and the business. Oversee and perform<BR>   complex testing activities including construction of test plans/scripts<BR>   including the expected results and the validation of test results.<BR>    Communicate and document system changes to the business. Translate<BR>   system functionality into business relevant language. Lead and<BR>   participate in SME discussions.<BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Lead team and product launch.<BR>* Working with other members of<BR>   a product team to translate the overall vision for the products<BR>   into requirements for a technical team to understand and develop.<BR>* Work with cross-functional teams<BR>   and 3rd party vendors to ensure consistency and accuracy in deliverables.<BR>* Conduct and facilitate working<BR>   sessions to flesh out requirements and develop business and technology<BR>   requirements.<BR>* Collaborate with engineering<BR>   and solution leads to shape, support, and execute product goals.<BR>* Keep abreast of the latest digital<BR>   trends and process methodologies. Determine how they might influence<BR>   our business processes, tools, and systems &#150; what we deliver<BR>   and how.<BR><BR><BR><BR>Required Skills, Knowledge<BR>  and Experience: <BR>* 3+ years experience product<BR>   management experience in consumer-facing web and/or mobile applications<BR>   (iOS or Android)<BR>* Minimum 2 years development<BR>   experience<BR>* Strong technical ability and<BR>   previous development experience.<BR>* Understanding of the mobile<BR>   user experience and ability to translate unstated needs into<BR>   development requirements.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     </font></td>
