<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: LEARNING DESIGN MANAGER<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Other Locations: OR-Beaverton<BR>Job Number:_00060840<BR>As our Learning Design Manager, you'll identifying specific training needs for assigned programs, clearly identifying learner population, and gaps against required capabilities. You'll create and track project plans to design and deliver world-class learning programs. Project and resource management of internal and external resources. You'll design world class development programs, ensuring effective designs are leveraged across many distribution platforms (ILT, TTT, P2P learning, e-learning, etc) to scale solutions to all appropriate learners. You'll create and deliver train the trainer learning sessions targeted to TD Field Services, SME Community, and external vendors as appropriate for the delivery strategy. You'll conduct post learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed learning solution. You'll provide consultancy to key stakeholders within HR, the business, SME Communities, Corporate Projects, and external vendors regarding the GTD charter, engagement strategy, learning solutions, partnership opportunities, and sustainment for learning solutions globally across Nike Inc.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Education, Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field<BR>* 5 years' of professional work experience. Two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.<BR>* Experience effectively leading others and managing multiple, complex programs<BR>* Excellent written communication skills and ability to influence across various leadership levels<BR>* Knowledge with Instructional Design & Adult Learning Theory; Foundation in Business & Functional Management.<BR>* Experience with vendor management<BR>* Experience in consulting, designing and delivering training content to all level of employee in a global retail organization.<BR>* Worked in a matrxied organization<BR><BR>Job: Human Resources </font></td>
