You&#39;ll create and track project plans to design and deliver world-class learning programs. Project and resource management of internal and external resources. You&#39;ll design world class development programs, ensuring effective designs are leveraged across many distribution platforms (ILT, TTT, P2P learning, e-learning, etc) to scale solutions to all appropriate learners. You&#39;ll create and deliver train the trainer learning sessions targeted to TD Field Services, SME Community, and external vendors as appropriate for the delivery strategy. You&#39;ll conduct post learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed learning solution. You&#39;ll provide consultancy to key stakeholders within HR, the business, SME Communities, Corporate Projects, and external vendors regarding the GTD charter, engagement strategy, learning solutions, partnership opportunities, and sustainment for learning solutions globally across Nike Inc.<BR><BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor&#39;s degree, preferably in Education, Marketing, Business, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field<BR>* 5 years&#39; of professional work experience.
