This is a service focused position in an Independent Personal Lines Agency. You will need advanced communication skills, experience with insurance products and a thorough knowledge of coverage, carrier guidelines and underwriting practices. As a Licensed Insurance CSR you will respond to client inquiries via e-mail, phone and walk-in, update client information and assist our Insurance Sales Agents with new and existing business needs. You will also help with billing issues and various data entry tasks.<BR><BR>Qualified candidates will have:<BR>* Minimum 2 year&#39;s recent insurance customer service experience required (independent agency experience strongly preferred).<BR>* Property/Casualty license for Oregon required.<BR>* Health/Life license for Oregon preferred.<BR>* Ability to work well with the public in person, on the phone and through e-mail.<BR>* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.<BR>* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<BR>* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with accuracy and efficiency; must be detail oriented and focused.<BR>* Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and projects simultaneously and prioritize work.<BR>* Business writing skills required.<BR>* Data entry experience required.<BR>* Strong computer competency skills required. <BR>Location: Beaverton, OR 97006<BR>Schedule: 40 hours per week.<BR>Interested?
