               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Temp to Perm position with a family owned plumbing contractor.  Must have a current Oregon State Plumbers Licence.  If you can prove yourself as a quality employee and a competent plumber they can hire you on as soon as 160 hours.  Working full time that would be about a month worth of work.  Pay rate would start at $24 per hour and would increase to $30 per hour after a 90 day probation.</font></td>
