Life Enrichment Specialists provide direct care and support to the people we serve to help them achieve desired lifestyles and increased levels of independence, productivity, and social/physical integration.<BR>Tasks include assisting with personal care including personal hygiene, bathing, food preparation, laundry and house keeping; scheduling activities and accompanying persons served; ensuring ISP goals are met and the information is documented; completing paperwork for program documentation; and similar and related tasks.<BR>The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED; be able to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift; have the ability to relate effectively with the people we serve; be able to respond to crisis situations; and be able to meet agency driving requirements.
