               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Act as the liaison among all parties to a mortgage, deed of trust, or similar real estate-related closing transaction. Be responsible for reviewing closing-related documents including, but not limited to mortgage loan commitments, loan documentation, appraisals, and title reports. Also be responsible for assisting all parties in resolving any pre-closing conditions or issues. Be familiar with general aspects of mortgage processing including but not limited to review and calculating of income, updating the mortgage loan origination software, reviewing documentation for accuracy, and general processing duties.
