               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LT Change Mgmt Specialist III<BR>Location: Corporate - Portland, OR - Headquarters<BR>Requisition Number: 5609<BR># of openings: 1<BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>CHANGE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST III<BR>This is a 15 month long-term temporary position.<BR>Summary<BR>The Change Management Specialist will support the planning, development, and delivery of OCM (Organizational Change Management) strategies across business process streams. Knowledge of OCM best practices, and experience and passion for activities associated with enterprise changes to structure/job roles, systems and processes are essential. <BR>This role will also ensure internal and external partners, and the project team are receiving the right level of information at the right time through all project phases. <BR>Candidate should possess exceptional communication and relationship building skills at all levels of the organization. In addition, they should have the ability to take complex ideas/information and organize it in a simplified manner that is clear and easily understandable. Must be able to work effectively with Supply Chain stakeholders and team members throughout the change management process.<BR>Responsibilities<BR>* Develop integrated change management and communications strategies for the Supply Chain Transformation program<BR>* Assist in facilitating change impact workshops to determine key changes within the organization as a result of Supply Chain Transformation<BR>* Create communication and marketing materials about the Supply Chain Transformation project<BR>* Create change readiness materials for highly impacted employees<BR>* Work closely with Business Process Owners and business leaders to ensure change management and communication plans are implemented<BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>* 5-8 years broad business experience including direct experience in the implementation of business change initiatives.<BR>* Effective project management abilities<BR>* Superior communication, organization and presentation skills.<BR>* Solid understanding of change management, and communication concepts and best practices.<BR>* Ability to work effectively across wide range of management, teams and cultures/regions<BR>* Excellent high profile written and verbal communication; ability to read, write and speak English a must.<BR>* Mental ability to conduct interpersonal interactions with retailers and other company personnel.<BR>* Ability to operate independently and follow general guidelines.<BR>* High proficiency in using desktop tools for communications and analysis (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and Publisher).<BR>* Demonstrated ability to produce results with a strong focus on details.<BR><BR>Preferred Experience:<BR>* Knowledge of supply chain implementation phases<BR>* Experience in large scale global ERP implementations<BR>* Global project management                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           </font></td>
