               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LT TEMP Business Process Analyst - Account Services Rep<BR>Location: Corporate - Portland, OR - Headquarters<BR>Requisition Number: 5682<BR># of openings: 1<BR><BR><BR>Description<BR><BR>This position is a long-term temporary role, with expected duration of 12-18 months.<BR>During the length of this assignment, this position would be eligible for full benefits.<BR>General Position Summary:<BR>The position is responsible for supporting the Account Service and Account Logistics team within the Account Operations organization, which responsibilities include managing, monitoring and balancing sales orders and physical inventory that results in maximizing order fulfillment. Position will interact strongly with Distribution, Go-to-Market, Planning and Master Data teams.<BR>The Business Process Analyst for Columbia Sportswear will understand and document &ldquo;as is&rdquo; and create, implement and support &ldquo;to be&rdquo; functional and cross-functional business processes and tools to support Columbia&rsquo;s strategic initiatives and operational excellence. <BR>Essential Responsibilities:<BR>Participate and lead cross functional interview sessions to gather and elicit information from functional managers and their staff on supply chain business processes and opportunities for improvement.<BR>Lead cross-functional sessions to present and validate proposed solutions and business process changes with functional managers.<BR>Collect data to identify root cause of problems; propose and enable functional and technical solutions.<BR>Perform gap analysis to evaluate scope and impact of current and future models.<BR>Create business process and data flows to validate and describe complex issues across teams and departments.<BR>Develop, validate and articulate business, functional and system requirements.<BR>Drive cross functional teams to develop, test and implement functional and/or technical solutions to achieve the desired end state.<BR>Engage with end users to perform continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions.<BR>Required Skills:<BR>* Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience required.<BR>* Experience as an Account Manager within the apparel/footwear industry preferred<BR>* Experience in supply chain management, account operations or distribution<BR>* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a business process analyst or relevant business experience<BR>* 1-2 years of experience in ERP Project implementation (including testing, cutover, validation and production support)<BR>* Strong understanding of order management best practices.<BR>* Solid knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within supply chain and ability to train & develop other team members on this knowledge<BR>* The ability to gather information about current business process and to translate and articulate the information captured into process models.<BR>* Possess excellent organizational and presentation skills.<BR>* Strong attention to detail.<BR>* Ability to deal with ambigui                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       </font></td>
