               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">*** Registration in iMatchSkills is required for any job referrals ***    REQUIREMENTS:   * 18 years or older  * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or at least twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  * Valid personal (class C) drivers license  * Work experience:   - completing purchase requisitions  - managing inventory and supplies  - processing and preparing business forms  - processing records, maintaining forms and files  - understanding sales contracts  - using inventory control procedures  - using sources of supply in purchasing    JOB SUMMARY  Assist Maintenance Manager with the smooth operations of maintenance department by ensuring the required parts are ordered and received, consult with maintenance manager concerning daily & weekly activities, monitor maintenance budget as well as identify and maintain relationships with suppliers.    PRIMAY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  * Operate own vehicle for part runs (employer reimburses for mileage)  *  Maintain Bigfoot MMS program and schedule equipment PMs and issue PM work orders.  *  Develop and maintain multiple suppliers to ensure best pricing, service & quality of parts for on time delivery, understanding that no vendors are allowed to visit the facility  * Maintain parts budget and work with finance department  *  Research and order repair parts and supplies from appropriate vender.  *  Issue purchase orders and reconcile packing slips to POs for payment.  *  Follow up on parts orders to ensure parts are delivered on time.   *  Work with the Maintenance Manager to maintain the maintenance and repair budget.  *  Maintain facility inspection reports.  *  Schedule required inspections for fire sprinklers, backflow preventers, boilers and pressure vessels.    EMPLOYER COMMENTS: Looking for soemone with:  ' Confidence to direct activities of several members and willing to jump in to provide hands-on support and/or back-up in various functions as needed  ' Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical, and takes initiative to identify problems and create solutions.  ' Ability to work with minimal supervision.  ' An effective negotiator with internal and external customers/vendors  ' Good computer skills  ' Ability to multi-task    * Pass pre-employment drug test and background check                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
