               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:   * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Minimum 2 years experience as a building maintenance worker  * Valid Class C Driver License to drive company-owned vehicles for work purposes  * Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, electrical issues, commercial washers / dryers and commercial kitchen equipment  * Skills to read, write, and speak English to follow safety procedures and to interpret and apply service and repair manuals  * Skills to work with precise measurements  * Skills to visualize how finished product will look or how system will operate  * Skills to use arithmetic to measure, compute amount of materials to use, and to inspect product to be sure it conforms to requirements  * Skills to calibrate or balance equipment and machinery    PREFERRED:  * Skills to work with high voltage apparatus  * This employer prefers applicants with a National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)    JOB DUTIES:   * Be responsible for the physical structure of the hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities to ensure that the hotel is safe for all guests  * Maintain hotel, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, mechanical equipment and other related maintenance activities, using hand tools  * Replace air conditioner filters  * Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and ventilating equipment  * May tend furnace, air conditioner, and boiler to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for guests  * Respond to all alarm systems in the hotel including but not limited to fire panel, pool, and radio emergencies   * Perform all other duties as assigned by a manager or supervisor  * Position requires lifting and moving materials and products    HOURS:  * Full-time  * Day and swing shifts    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  'The Maintenance Technician will always conduct them self in a manner which supports the guiding principles of the Company which are to act with the highest ethical standards, treating others fairly and with respect; empower a diverse group of talented and prepared people; nurture lasting relationships with investors, customers and team members; achieve optimum investment performance; focus on continuous improvement of quality assets and services; and consistently work to balance our lives and contribute positively to our communities.
