               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * High school diploma or GED  * At least 3 years of experience as a maintenance technician in a relevant industry  * Experience reading mechanical blue prints and electrical schematics  * MIG, TIG and arc welding experience  * Experience troubleshooting automated equipment   * Experience using email software    PREFERRED: LME or electrical troubleshooting training     JOB DUTIES:  * Follow all OSHA safety guidelines including Lockout / Tag out procedures.  * Perform corrective and preventative maintenance within a manufacturing facility, (food processing preferably).  * Demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical skills.  * Develop and demonstrate personal knowledge of proper troubleshooting techniques to include reading and interpreting operation / maintenance manuals to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system problems.  * Work in a team environment.  * Be prepared to respond promptly to equipment calls, quickly diagnose the failure and make required repairs.  * Perform assigned preventative maintenance work according to PSB standards.  * Perform in a friendly, courteous, tactful way and maintain composure in dealing with work associates.    HOURS: Available to work all shifts and weekends.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
