               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">*****Multiple Openings Available*****    REQUIREMENTS:  * High School Diploma or equivalent  * Valid Class C Driver License to drive a company-owned vehicle to different work sites  * Minimum 2 years of Commercial and / or Residential building maintenance and construction experience  * Knowledge and skills to safely operate the associated tools and equipment  * Have or can access own construction tools  * Skills to read Operation and Maintenance manuals to troubleshoot and to find replacement parts  * Experience with work order tracking processes and procedures  * Skills to maintain supplies inventory and replacement parts  * Skills to schedule and maintain progress on work projects  * Experience with lighting and basic controls systems  * Experience with basic doors and hardware adjustments  * Skills to successfully use electronic devices to complete online reports   * Oral and written communication skills  * Skills to provide customer service   * Skills to interact within a public environment and with coworkers and management    JOB DUTIES:  * Perform a variety of maintenance services such as drywall repair and installation, painting interior and exterior, lighting replacement, roof patching, pressure washing and gutter cleaning  * Perform construction related services such as siding replacement, tile installation, framing, cabinet installation, etc. and specialty services that are driven by customer requests  * May lead others as well as direct others on projects  * Position requires lifting up to 50 pounds of material / equipment    EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  "ServiceMaster Solutions is a building maintenance, repair and renovation expert servicing the Portland metro area and beyond in both the Commercial and Residential industry.  We are growing and need an enthusiastic and resourceful maintenance tech that's a team leader to help manage our diverse projects.
