               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * High School Diploma  * 6 months experience  * Type 30 words per minute  * Proficiency with word processing, Word, Excel, and Outlook software  * Valid driver license and be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.  * Have apprentice level skills and experience in electrical, plumbing, and general building repair  * Apprentice level skills and experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of shop equipment and tools  * Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check  * Pass DMV records check    PREFERED:   * LEED AP Operations and Maintenance    JOB DUTIES:  * Provide first-response to such maintenance related issues, but not limited to, safety, plumbing leaks, and HVAC Alarms  * Perform basic minor repairs and preventative maintenance to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, hardware, TV, and safety systems. Minor repair, maintenance and operation of some swimming pool equipment may be required  * Provide accurate information when required during first response issues  * Use ladders and basic hand tools to complete minor work orders as assigned      EMPLOYER'S COMMENTS: Three open positions.
