               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">REQUIREMENTS:  * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience  * Equivalent work experience is defined as   a.) Associate's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field plus CCNA or CCNP certification, OR   b.) 2 years of related work experience for every 1 year of missing post-secondary education, in addition to the required experience below.   * Minimum of 5 years experience implementing solutions, integrating MPLS, DMVPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers and Wan Accelerator technologies.   * Minimum of 5 years experience in Cisco routing, LAN Administration, Firewall Administration and Tool Administration.   * Knowledge of various WAN technologies to include analog and digital circuits, X.25, frame relay, ATM, T-1, DS3, etc.  * Knowledge in enterprise level routing and switching technologies.  * Must possess network problem determination and resolution skills.  * Able to effectively interact and communicate with vendor support agencies independently.  * Strong knowledge in at least one advanced network technology (route/switch, unified communications, security, wireless or data center).  * Ability to design workable solutions in a timely manner.   * Knowledge of Cisco Hardware, Firewall Hardware, Nexus Hardware, Multi-vendor Hardware and Microsoft programs.   * Skills in efficient project management.   * Strong analytical skills.   * Skills in interpersonal and verbal/written communications   * Effective communication skills to share with clients/potential clients the competitive advantage our unified solutions can provide.     DESIRED:  * Preference for candidates with one or more of the following Cisco certifications:    - CCNP / CCDP   - CCNA Wireless / Security / Voice   - Certified AIX User certification or other UNIX certification.   - Candidates with CCIE Routing highly preferred.     EMPLOYER COMMENTS:  Employees are our most important asset!
