Qualified candidates will have experience developing various management interfaces such as SNMP, CIM, HTML and custom CLIs. This role will require taking the product from definition phase through design, implementation, test and maintenance. Applicants should be comfortable working in a highly collaborative fast paced environment developing cutting edge technologies<BR><BR><BR><BR>Proficiency in programming in C<BR>? Experience with Linux system event driven, socket, and multithreaded programming.<BR>? Experience in implementing a manageability infrastructure and interfaces, specifically SNMP and CIM<BR>? Working knowledge of enterprise storage architectures and management<BR>? Experience designing, developing and maintaining command line and graphical user interfaces<BR>? Experience with leveraging usability studies as part of the UI design methodology<BR>? Proficiency with XML formats and parsing libraries<BR>? Experience with HTML and Javascript<BR>? Experience with Linux and Windows cross platform development<BR>? Experience with C# a plus<BR>? Good knowledge of Linux shell scripting<BR>? Proficiency in the Linux programming environment, excellent debugging capabilities, familiarity with the use of debugging tools e.g. gdb, valgrind etc<BR>? Excellent analytical, presentation and decision making skills on system problems and solutions.<BR><BR>Desired Skills:<BR><BR>? Thorough understanding of software development and test processes, with active participation and results from such practices.<BR>? Understanding of application security architectures<BR>? Experience with system designs of virtual appliances is a plus.<BR>? Exposure to Virtualization is a plus .<BR>? Familiarity with general concepts of software engineering.<BR>?
