<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Manager Ambulatory Oncology Clinics<BR> <BR>Department Surgical/Medical Oncology Practices & Oncology Treatment Units<BR> <BR>Location CHH 7th Floor<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> 1.0 FTE; Schedule: M - F days; Salary Range: $78,540 -117,810 annually; Location: Center for Health and Healing, South Waterfront.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The Manager provides leadership to the Surgical /Medical Oncology, Transplant and Malignant Hem clinics, the multi-disciplinary practices, and the Interdisciplinary Breast Program. S/he plans for and develops the clinical programming of these clinics, assuring optimal quality care and continuity for patients and families. S/he is responsible for guiding/overseeing day-to-day business and clinical operations. The Manager plans for and manages annual budgets. S/he is responsible for all human resources functions including clinical compliance and staff development. The Manager works under the supervision of the Director for Ambulatory Oncology Clinics and Infusion who reports to the Associate Hospital Administrator for Oncology Services.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Required: Bachelors degree in business, management, nursing, or relevant specialty and four (4) or more years experience in a progressive health care managerial supervisory role with at least 2 years of Practice Management experience. Must have oncology terminology and knowledge sufficient to lead the department. The qualified candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and problem solving skills, and effective communications including interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Demonstrated leadership and planning skills are essential. Must have the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary setting. Strong analytic skills; competency with excel and other databases is important. Preferred: RN Degree; Masters Degree. Ambulatory Care experience. Experience with an oncology clinic and infusion operation. Familiarity with managing nursing staff.<BR> <BR>Additional Details <BR> <BR> Lots of walking through the Oncology Unit at the Center for Health and Healing; desk and computer work.
