<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Manager, Leave Administration<BR> <BR>Department Healthcare Human Resources<BR> <BR>Location HRC 9D60E<BR> <BR>Work Unit Description <BR> <BR> <BR> <BR>Work Schedule, Hours, FTE, Salary Range <BR> <BR> This is a full-time 1.0 FTE position working M - F 8:00am to 5:00pm; The salary range for this position is $78,540 - $117,810 annually; This position is located on Marquam Hill campus.<BR> <BR>Functions/Duties of Position <BR> <BR> The Program Manager, Healthcare Leave Administration manages the development and deployment of Leave Administration programs, training and organizational development initiatives; HR Policy, procedures and systems for the OHSU Healthcare Mission at Oregon Health and Science University. Reporting to the AHA Healthcare Human Resources, the Program Manager also serves as the primary resource for employee issues related to FMLA, OFLA, all forms of Leave of Absences (LOA), transitional Return to Work(RTW) programs, and nurse case management with an integrated approach to absence and disability management, to the extent they are related specifically to the Healthcare mission. The Program Manager will also be expected to manage the day-to-day HR consulting for management and staff at OHSU Healthcare, a 564 bed acute care ambulatory and inpatient healthcare system comprised of approximately 7,200 employees. Cross mission Leave Administration and other relevant HR issues are coordinated as appropriate with HR colleagues from other missions.<BR> <BR>Job Requirements <BR> <BR> Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training. Six (6) - ten (10) years progressively responsible Human Resources experience with generalist exposure to all HR functional areas. Five (5) years of experience that demonstrates knowledge of FMLA, OFLA and other state and federal leave programs. Previous experience working with a unionized workforce and partnering with union staff to advance mutual interests. Human Resources management experience in a healthcare setting or other complex educational or corporate environment that included visible service excellence and culturally sensitive components. Thorough knowledge of FMLA, OFLA, and other state and federal leave programs. Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening abilities coupled with the ability to express complex information clearly, concisely and appropriate to the audience. Experience that demonstrates the ability to research, precisely interpret and apply complex information to varied circumstances, consistently, accurately, with principles of justice and fairness. Experience that demonstrates the ability to independently negotiate successful solutions to complex issues or challenges. Proven ability to undertake multiple projects concurrently, to self-prioritize, and to consistently meet deadlines. Experience that demonstrates the ability to coach, train and mentor others.
