This position will assist with the team sales campaigns and have primary responsibility for existing and new pulp process applications and boiler water business with significant growth opportunities in industrial accounts. A proven track record of sales success and/or strong technical skills is desired for this position. Pulp mill operational, technical or specialty chemical sales experience is desirable, with many opportunities for growth in this rapidly expanding market. To excel in this position, you must share the AWT safety and customer service philosophy and our commitment to exceed the customers'' needs.<BR><BR><BR>This position is located in the Portland, Oregon area. <BR>The specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:<BR>* Safety - maintain a safe, injury-free environment through active team participation and promptly addressing any identified safety deficiencies.<BR>* Customer Satisfaction - provide service and technical support for customers.<BR>* Problem Solving - troubleshoot and solve technical and application problems for our customers.<BR>* Relationship - build strategic relationships with our customers.<BR>* Business Growth - work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.<BR>* Personal Growth - improve yourself through on-the-job, classroom, and cyber training courses (technical, business, and personal growth).<BR><BR>* Bachelor degree<BR>* 5 years sales/service experience in water treatment and/or pulp processing<BR>* Relationship building skills, value creation and business acumen are required<BR>* A commitment to work safely and provide excellent customer service<BR>* Strong mechanical aptitude and desire to be hands-on<BR>* The ability to build and develop an effective sales team<BR>* The candidate must possess excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             </font></td>
