<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Manufacturing Project Manager/Engineer III<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00071335<BR>As our Manufacturing Engineer III, you will research and develop new processes and methods for manufacturing footwear, equipment, and apparel components. You will design and execute experiments to understand key variables between material, process, tooling, and equipment. You will prototype and test ideas in an R&D setting while establishing specifications for a high volume manufacturing line. You will work with multiple categories and processing platforms while interfacing with our Innovation teams to help Manage and drive commercialization of new products while utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods to minimize waste and maximize efficiencies.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Requirements for the position include:<BR>* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering or other manufacturing related degree<BR>* 4 additional years' directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of the degree<BR>* 5 years' experience in Process Engineering within a high-volume manufacturing production environment<BR>* Experience with troubleshooting industrial machinery which requires strong knowledge in both electrical and mechanical systems<BR>* Experience in Design of Experiments and strong statistical skills<BR>* Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or similar principles and practices<BR>* Possess a detailed and methodical approach to problem solving<BR>* Ability to work with associates of all levels including managers, engineers, machine operators, quality technicians, line supervisors, and maintenance technicians <BR>* Proven project management skills<BR>* Process knowledge of injection molding a plus<BR>* Process knowledge of EVA foams and rubber a plus<BR>* Process knowledge to footwear manufacturing a plus<BR><BR>Job: Manufacturing & Engineering </font></td>
