               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Margin Planning Analyst<BR>Location: OR-Portland<BR>Job Number:_00080011<BR>As our Margin Planning Analyst , you&#39;ll be responsible for creating a margin roadmap for the category team that influences key levers of profitability to optimize pricing margins. You will be responsible for translating strategic margin plans into seasonal Pricing Margin targets, ensuring alignment with category leadership and product creation teams. You&#39;ll pro-actively identify the Margin implications of category business decisions and articulate solutions that meet the needs of all business partners. You&#39;ll track and evaluate margin attainment each season and work with the category team on solutions/options to better meet gross pricing margin targets. You will provide ad hoc margin analysis to the category team and, as a key business partner,you will work closely with the category team to project cost and margin implications of strategic initiatives and product innovation.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Qualifications for the position include:<BR>?     Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a closely related field<BR>?     2-3 years&#39; experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting<BR>?     2 years&#39; additional experience in lieu of a degree<BR>?     MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is preferred<BR>?     CPA or CMA certification is preferred<BR>?     Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company or national public accounting firm is a plus<BR>?     Strong written and verbal communication skills<BR>?     Ability to create reports and presentations for senior leadership<BR>?     Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and to run financial models<BR>?     Proven experience in effectively working with senior leadership<BR>?     Experience leading projects and people<BR>?     Strong cross team collaboration<BR>?     Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook<BR>?     Knowledge of apparel sourcing, processes and events from product concept to delivery<BR>?     Knowledge of international trade policies, practices and procedures<BR>?     Ability to pass a 7 year background check<BR><BR>Job: Finance                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      </font></td>
