A career with GGP is your chance to embark on a rewarding journey into the retail real estate industry! <BR><BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR>This position is a dedicated resource (1 center), whose role is to implement and execute marketing programs, improve the customer experience and advance the objectives set forth in each property?s Strategic Business Plan. This includes but is not limited to: marketing program fulfillments, community relations, retailer relations, customer service functions and the gift card program. <BR><BR>Responsibilities include the following:<BR><BR>?    Implementation and fulfillment of local/custom/corporate marketing programs; This includes but is not limited to:<BR>?    Coordinate local retailer integration into national programs including retailer offers, sampling and demonstrations<BR>?    Coordinate operational requirement for programs including equipment needs, logistics, meeting with vendors, fulfilling gift card orders/local sweepstakes prizes and entering new Club members<BR>?    Coordinate promotional elements such as reserving collateral space, ordering collateral and posting on mall<BR>?    Coordinate local fulfillment/documentation for sponsor obligations associated with national with national programs<BR>?    Implementation and fulfillment of local/custom/corporate Holiday programs; This includes but is not limited to serving as the point of contact for the following:<BR>?    Coordinate local retailer integration into national programs including retailer offers, sampling and demonstrations<BR>?    Santa photo operations<BR>?    Media requests/PR inquiries<BR>?    Community groups and the coordination of local holiday performances<BR>?    Opt-In program recommendations to meet the strategic needs of the center<BR>?    Assisting with the customer service function including the Holiday Gift Card Outpost Operation(s), if applicable; This may include but is not limited to: ordering supplies, Outpost setup, regular reporting, assembling the Outpost communication for sellers and End of Shift or End of Day reconciliations<BR>?    Assisting with the implementation of the gift card program including but not limited to serving as a backup seller when onsite at a property and serving as the card stock manager at the center<BR>?    Oversight, maintenance and updating of the social networking/integrated marketing mediums<BR>?    Facilitate local retailer relationships and program fulfillment including implementation of Corporate Retailer Productivity programs<BR>?    Mall                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         </font></td>
