This position assures customer satisfaction improvement by developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving key business processes that link strategic planning, customer service, forecasting, inventory, and planning.<BR>SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:<BR>* Insures customer service levels by meeting regularly with Customer Service, Product Line/Marketing, Distribution Operations, and Senior Management to obtain and act on information impacting customer service and affecting the timing and velocity of demand.<BR>* Directs planning team in the use of best practices in the daily execution of finished goods and WIP planning for the stocking locations throughout the TISCO enterprise.<BR>* Manages, coaches and mentors a team.
