<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Merchandise Coordinator<BR>Tracking Code<BR>10115<BR>Job Description<BR><BR>Position Summary:<BR> <BR>In this position, you will have overall responsibility for all customer merchandise within photography studio, including: inventory control, assembly, damage control, and production tracking<BR>Responsibilities:<BR> <BR>* Maintains inventory control for customer merchandise (check-in/coordination of samples).<BR>* Maintains and when possible develops tracking processes to improve damage control.<BR>* Accurate and timely entry of product information in tracking systems to ensure inventory lists and missing sample reports<BR>* Work with MPS/MS and vendors to secure missing samples.<BR>* Logistics (documentation, shipping and communication with Sample Management team/RRD Studios)<BR>* Keeps abreast of the studio schedule in order to better support the photography team.<BR>* Proactively identifies, communicates and solves issues.<BR>* Attend Pick-up and Final Buyer review meetings<BR>* Arrange/attend/recap meetings.<BR>* Proactively identifies any issues around product and communicates to regional teams<BR>* Perform related duties, special projects and/or other functions (including assisting in other departments) as required while meeting deadline requirements and cost targets.<BR>Required Skills<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR> <BR>* High School diploma or equivalent. University Degree preferred.<BR>* Inventory control experience (preferably in a photo studio or Retail environment).<BR>* Strong attention to detail.<BR>* Excellent organizational, execution and customer service skills.<BR>* Advanced computer skills.<BR>* Strong communication and teamwork skills.<BR>* Ability to work individually in a team environment.<BR>* Ability to evaluate priorities.<BR>Required Experience<BR><BR>Job Location<BR>Portland, OR, US.<BR>Position Type<BR>Full-Time/Regular </font></td>
