SMB<BR>Location: United States-Oregon-Portland Area<BR>Other Locations:Merchant Development Account Specialist                           <BR><BR>The Merchant Development Account Specialist will be responsible for delivering world class support to Yahoo! Merchant Solutions merchants through various retention and development activities, including but not limited to, consulting on how to grow traffic and conversion rates, resulting in increased transaction revenue for Yahoo! Small Business.<BR><BR>In this role, you will serve as the primary customer and technical support contact for merchants using the Yahoo! Merchant Solutions e-commerce platform. You will ensure merchants are fully satisfied with their current service as well as identify opportunities to maximize success and growth of merchants. In addition, you will make proactive outbound contact with your assigned merchants to ensure their success and provide consultative service.<BR><BR>World-class service to merchants will be provided through multiple contact channels, including inbound/outbound phone and e-mail. The successful representative will address and resolve merchant technical inquiries to ensure first contact resolution. Additionally, the representative is responsible for adding value to every interaction.<BR><BR>SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:<BR><BR>? Self-Starter that can operate with minimal supervision<BR>? Experience in e-commerce, specifically with Merchant Solutions and Managed Accounts<BR>? Flawless grammar, professional oral and written communication skills<BR>? Demonstrated ability to present complex concepts over the phone and/or web<BR>? Excellent understanding of e-commerce principles and support elements<BR>? Solid knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, Java with some RTML knowledge preferred<BR>? Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, PPC, Yahoo! Search Marketing, Google AdWords, CSE?s<BR>? Demonstrated experience with Yahoo! Web Analytics<BR>? Exceptional troubleshooting and decision making skills<BR>? Strong influence management, negotiation and customer service skills<BR>? Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult customer interactions<BR>? Demonstrated ability to multi-task<BR><BR>RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                     <BR><BR>?
