<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">One of our client seeks a CLIA qualified general supervisor to support its dedicated Next Generation Sequencing facility in Cambridge, MA. The position will work closely with the Laboratory Director to develop, implement, maintain, and monitor quality assurance standards for a high complexity clinical testing laboratory. The position will support the daily operation and workflow of the diagnostics laboratory, working with managers and employees to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the laboratory operations to meet or exceed standards of safety and quality, and to provide excellent customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include: Day-to-day supervision or oversight of the laboratory operation, and personnel performing testing and reporting test results. Monitoring test results to ensure that acceptable levels of analytic performance are maintained. Perform quality assurance and quality control duties in a high complexity test environment, promoting and ensuring compliance with CLIA Regulations. Manage required documentation and ensure regulatory processes are in place to maintain inspection readiness at all times. Education and Work Experience Bachelor s degree in chemical, physical, biological, medical technology, or clinical laboratory science Minimum two years of supervisory responsibility in a high complexity clinical laboratory environment with a strong working knowledge of quality control and statistics, laboratory regulations, problem analysis/solving techniques. Knowledge and Skills Possess thorough knowledge of and specific experience in maintaining compliance with CLIA regulations. PCR, Direct Sequencing, and/or Next Generation Sequencing testing experience. Experience in technical writing for validation and documentation of standard operating procedures. </font></td>
