               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Minimum Requirements:<BR>• Qualified as Journeyman Level Millwright<BR>• Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings<BR>• Ability to set up, tear down, and rebuild machinery and equipment<BR>• Ability to operate mobile and bridge cranes<BR>• Ability to operate forklift<BR>• Ability to use all sizes of air impact and electric wrenches, all pipe fitting tools and equipment; i.e. sockets and ratchets, hoists, both electric and manual; jackhammer; cutting torches; welding equip.<BR>• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to use computer programs <BR>• Excellent written and oral communication skills <BR>• Good problem solving and analytical skills<BR>• Basic math skills, some exposure to Geometry, Trigonometry preferred<BR>• Successful completion of ergonomics evaluation <BR>Preferred <BR>• 4 years experience in Heavy Industrial Plant Maintenance<BR>• Able to troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic systems incorporating proportional and servo valves<BR>• Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, ultra sound, laser alignment, etc)</font></td>
