That means we&#39;re looking for the world&#39;s most progressive, purpose-driven and intelligent employees to serve them.<BR>Our dynamic and service driven Mortgage Lending department is searching for a Mortgage Lending Program Manager to join their team.The Mortgage Lending Program Manager (MLPM) provides expert level business analysis and support for the Mortgage Loan Operations business unit and serves as the primary liaison between business line managers, internal partners and third party vendors; you&#39;ll also design and maintain key reports and department policies and procedures. The MLPM coordinates and drives all projects for the business unit, provides business line support for system administration and serves as the subject matter expert for training and enterprise projects. <BR>Qualified candidates will have:<BR>* Minimum 3 years mortgage lending experience in a bank or credit union required.<BR>* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in program management, systems management, project management, or business analysis.<BR>* Ability to work well within teams, or independently with little or no supervision, while effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines. <BR>* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an ability to effectively interact and collaborate with staff at all levels in the organization.<BR>* Ability to quickly master technical programs. Must possess exceptional analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel with a mastery of other programs, (e.g. Access, MS Project, etc.) preferred.<BR>* Experience with OSI, and Loan Origination Systems (LOS) is a plus. <BR>* Proficiency creating training materials, policies and procedures, business documents, spreadsheets, and reports for executive level presentations.<BR>Location:Beaverton, OR 97006.<BR><BR>Interested?
