That&rsquo;s where you come into the picture.<BR>General Position Summary:<BR>The position is responsible for managing the business development in the LAAP region for the Mountain Hardwear and Montrail brands. As a member of the Latin America-Asia Pacfic management team the primary function is to manage the Go To Market plan. This includes sales, marketing, account planning, merchandise assortment, pricing, forecasting, coordinating product showings, retail/visual merchandising coordination and working closely distributors and subsidiaries.  <BR>* Manage all aspects of the assigned territory by developing and implementing business development strategies that promote the sale and sell through of Mountain Hardwear and Montrail brands. <BR>* Works closely with distributors, subsidiaries and retailers to establish appropriate sales/marketing goals based on sales history analysis and projected sales trends. Meets regularly with various corporate management to review sales data and account management.<BR>* Works closely with MHW/MTR management to provide information on technical aspects of product including design and materials.<BR>* Coordinates forecast planning, order processing and tracks shipments with our international customer service department.<BR>* Oversee requests for special product makes by working closely with the special makes department during the development of the product.<BR>**Moderate international travel&hellip;up to 25%**<BR>Education and/or Experience Required:<BR>Requires a bachelor&rsquo;s degree with 5-10 years experience in apparel/footwear industry; preferably in international markets.
