<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: MRI Technologist Lead<BR>Location: Clackamas, OR<BR>To provide diagnostic MRI services to include clerical duties as requires. To provide all duties in a manner which promotes team concepts and reflects KPNW mission and philosophy.<BR>Essential Functions:<BR>- Department Quality Control Coordinator: Ensures instruction/clarification of Quality Assurance standards.<BR>- Patient/members: provide instruction, assistance and assurance.<BR>- Supervises Coworkers (technical and clerical) to constantly seek/address/clarify instruction and information of work environment.<BR>- Set work schedules and workflow of department.<BR>- Radiologist: Study Quality Assurance, exam clarification and radiologist assistance as needed.<BR>- Assist in validating correctly ordered MRI requests.<BR>- External Suppliers/Departments: ensure adequate maintenance, orders and supplies to facilitate department function as needed.<BR>- Governmental agencies: regulation requirements are required.<BR>- Performing diagnostic procedures, using knowledge, skills and abilities required for age of patient served, to include: Routine, emergent, examinations in accordance with department policies and procedures. Assist patient/transport.<BR>- Film processing.<BR>- Administering contrast media.<BR>- File work, reception/computer.<BR>- Restocking supplies/cleaning.<BR>- Other (as assigned).<BR>- Quality Assurance functions.<BR>- Participate in on-call or standby schedule as assigned.<BR>- This job description is not all encompassing.<BR>Qualifications:<BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>- Completion of a formal RTR training program and minimum three (3) years of prior MRI work experience. Experience must be no more than three (3) years prior to the date of application for position.<BR>- High school diploma or GED.<BR>- A minimum two (2) year AMA approved program to include ARRT certification.<BR>- Mandatory Infection Control education and training will occur on an annual basis. Knowledge and skills in Infection Control shall be evaluated annually on an oral or written basis per KPNW policy and/or requirements.<BR>- Proof of continuing education.<BR>- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license (MRI).<BR>- Registry: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).<BR>- ARRT MRI Certification within one (1) year of hire.<BR>- CPR Certification within thirty (30) days of hire.<BR>- Must comply with Regional protocol for on-site response to call backs (Ref. P&P DR012).<BR>- Organizational skills, time management, prioritization, planning; attention to detail, problem solving, decision making, judgment; technical skills; initiative; communication, interpersonal skills, customer relations, organizational relations preferred.<BR>- Adaptability.<BR>- Following policies and procedures.<BR>- Flexibility.<BR>- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy.<BR><BR>Salary Range: $41.73 - $42.23 </font></td>
