<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: MRP Controller<BR>Location: USA-Oregon-Portland<BR>Other Locations:<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR>Responsible for providing inventory management and control (analysis, planning and forecasting, monitors) to the Vestas Service organization that supports business plans / objectives, corporate strategic initiatives and ensuring that process are adhered to while maintaining a high level of data quality. The focus is to optimize inventory assets in support of contractual service contract requirements / service level agreements.<BR><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><BR>Essential Functions<BR>1) Drive world class inventory analysis, planning and management of the spare part, retrofit and upgrade material supporting Vestas? service organization.<BR>2) Performs complex inventory analysis and reporting of the service operations efficiency (i.e. service level performance, inventory forecasting, inventory optimization; direct cost per megawatt, utilization), makes recommendation on improvements and communicates the change to the service organization. <BR>3) Supports the business and Regional Managers regarding consumption, forecasting, safety stock optimization, inventory level optimization, area inventory coordination, site level spending, and provides general support and consulting; Subject Matter Expert as it relates to the Inventory Forecasting, Inventory Optimization and spare part & repair related processes. This includes:<BR>a) Maintaining stock of material needed for maintenance of the contractually support wind plants<BR>b) Maintaining stock level at an economically acceptable optimum level by analyzing historical usage, change in lead times, identification of spare parts interchangeability and change in use patterns including identification and response to new material demand patterns (life, failure mode).<BR>c) Analysis of spare parts usage and recommending / implementing changes of MRP data.<BR>d) Material requirement planning and control.<BR>e) Forecasting material requirements based on MRP run in ERP system and analysis of accuracy of master data in replenishment suggestion.<BR>f) Recommend and drive changes to inventory level based on supply / demand analysis.<BR>g) Review and maintain planning data and calculate the required inventory level parameters based on forecasted usage and supply lead time.<BR>h) Analyze inventory minimum and maximum levels (Safety Stock) for stock items.<BR>i) Update all relevant information in the SAP Material Master and ensure all required fields are updated.<BR>j) Coordinating and aligning purchase orders with Spare Parts Supply Chain.<BR>k) Identification of spare parts interchangeability and supersession.<BR>l) Development and continuous improvement of MRP process and data.<BR>m) Working closely with the Retrofit / Upgrade management function to ensure material requirements are met and appropriate adjustments are made based upon installed base configuration changes.<BR>2) Drive the Service Organization to </font></td>
